How will my purchase be delivered?

The size and weight of your online purchase are factors that help us determine the most efficient delivery method.

Standard Shipping: We ship smaller, lighter items via courier or mail. You will be notified as soon as your order ships. Items may require assembly. Available shipping options will be indicated in the shopping cart, but generally include 5-10 day shipping. If 2-day shipping is available for an order, it is expected to be delivered within 2 business days after it has been shipped and picked up by the carrier. If 3-day shipping is available for an order, it is expected to be delivered within 2 business days after it has been shipped and picked up by the carrier. Business days do not include weekends. Delivery may be delayed by factors such as inventory changes, delivery capacity, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, and inclement weather.

Home delivery: For furniture and larger items, delivery will be made using our own fleet of trucks, staffed by trained personnel specialized in furniture delivery and assembly.

How will my order arrive?

After placing your order, we will contact you (usually within two business days) to schedule home delivery. Please arrange for an adult to be present when the truck arrives. We understand that time is important, so if you need to reschedule, please contact the delivery provider as soon as possible at the phone number listed on your order confirmation. We require 48 hours' notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel delivery. You may incur an additional charge if you reschedule less than 48 hours before delivery, or if no one is home when the delivery team arrives. If delivery is not made within 30 days of the original scheduled delivery date, the order may be treated as a canceled order.

How do I know when my items will arrive?

For standard shipping items: You will be sent a tracking notification via email as soon as the order leaves the warehouse. The email contains information on how to track your order until it arrives.

Home delivery orders: Typically, about two business days after purchase, the delivery service will contact you and schedule a convenient delivery time. They will also call you the day before delivery to confirm the delivery date and time.

How are shipping and handling costs calculated?

Consequently, shipping rates and services may vary from market to market. We recommend reviewing the shipping rates listed in your shopping cart before submitting your order. Note: Additional fees may apply for delivery above or below ground level, or for other unusual circumstances.

What happens if I receive the wrong order or item?

If incorrect items are delivered or your order is incomplete, please contact us and we'll resolve the issue. Call customer service.

What happens if I receive an incomplete order?

In order to serve you as quickly as possible, items will be shipped as available and are often shipped using different delivery methods. It is common for standard shipping items to arrive separately. Items may require assembly. Larger home delivery items will also arrive in a separate timeframe. To find out when your items are scheduled for delivery, go to My Account and click on Order History. How do I measure fit and ease of delivery?

To avoid disappointment on delivery day, measure the area where you plan to place your new furniture, as well as the furniture you have selected to purchase, before placing your order. Also measure the doorways (height and width) that the furniture must pass through to reach its final position in your home. Identify delivery obstacles: Is there enough ceiling clearance? Will the furniture clear the staircase or elevator? Can the piece be maneuvered at right angles? Due to our commitment to providing you with excellent customer service in the safest and most efficient manner possible, delivery personnel cannot lift furniture or carry it up more than three flights of stairs. An elevator must be available for deliveries to the fourth floor and above.

How should I prepare for delivery day?

In preparation for your delivery, please remove photographs, accessories, etc. from the walls to avoid damage. Also, make sure the area where you'd like to place your furniture is clear and free of any items that could obstruct the hallway. Secure your pets; furniture can be large and heavy, and we don't want anything to accidentally move. The delivery team will place the furniture in the room of your choice. Our delivery teams cannot move your existing furniture, electronics, or other household belongings. They cannot install lamps, hang pictures or mirrors on the walls, or make electrical connections for entertainment units.

Can the delivery team remove my existing furniture?

Unfortunately, we can't. However, there are many nonprofit organizations that will gladly come to your home and remove the furniture free of charge.

How can I check the delivery status of my purchase?

After completing your order online, we send you an email confirming the purchase and shipping method(s).

Standard Shipping: As soon as an order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the delivery carrier. Check this email if you have questions about the delivery status of an order. You can track the delivery status by contacting us.

Home Delivery: The email confirmation you received after placing your order contains who to call if you have questions about delivery. You can track the delivery status by contacting us.
