La solicitud que deberá incluir por lo menos lo siguiente: (1) Nombre del Titular y domicilio u otro medio para comunicarle la respuesta a su solicitud; (2) Los documentos vigentes que acrediten su identidad o, en su caso, la representación legal del Titular (3) La descripción clara y precisa de los datos respecto de los que busca ejercer alguno de los Derechos ARCO, (4) Cualquier otro elemento o documento que facilite la localización de los datos personales del Titular.
